Villa Miramar Introduction

Nestled in countryside of Pollensa, the beautifully maintained Villa Miramar makes a great haven for families or friends. Lovingly cared for inside and out, the house is built on two storeys and offers cosy and attractive accommodation.

The front door opens to a quaint kitchen-dining-sitting room, which is simply but comfortably furnished, with the kitchen fitted with modern worktops and traditional pots and pans, which add a rustic touch. A large stone wine rack is a useful feature for catering at home, and the cosy sitting area makes a welcoming nook on cooler evenings. The two bedrooms on the ground floor benefit from patio doors to the garden, whilst open-plan stairs from the sitting room lead up to a mezzanine-style twin bedroom with its own ensuite wc, which children will love.

The exterior of the villa is perfect for outdoor living, with a large pool skirted by sun terraces and lawns studded with leafy plants and palms. Beside the pool, there is a canopied barbecue and sink and a delightful seating area, which is sheltered from the sun.

Nearby in the resort centre of Pollensa, there are shops and restaurants and Puerto Pollensa Beach is also a nearby drive away. Please note that the height and stairs to the mezzanine-style bedroom may make it unsuitable for young children.
