Gran Canaria: Introduction

Gran Canaria is the second most populous of the seven Canary Islands, after Tenerife, and its capital city, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is a wonderful holiday destination. The “Miniature Continent” as it is affectionately known as, because of its wide variety of different climates and landscapes, sees about 2.2 million visitors every year.
