Overlooking a secluded valley, San Lawrenz is a small hilltop village situated close to the island's most spectacular coastal scenery at Dwerja just under 2 km away. You can find charming 17th century houses with intricately carved stone balconies and a small selection of restaurants, shops and bars in the centre of the village, or take a short walk to hunt for souvenirs at the local craft and glass centre. San Lawrenz is also an ideal base to explore further afield, with the famous Azure Window and Inland Sea just a few kilometres away. There's also a sand and pebble beach at Marsalforn just under 4 km down the road.
