Maldives - Atoll Explorer
The Atoll Explorer is a great way to discover the Maldivian islands, available on an All inclusive package or why not try its Full Board diving package. The diving package offers 2 free dives per person per day along with 1 night dive per week, whether you're a keen diver or a beginner the PADI accredited dive centre onboard caters for all abilities. Depending on your date of travel, the 7 night cruise option may be on either itinerary 1 or itinerary 2 as detailed below.
Itinerary
ITINERARY 1: Day 1. UK - Maldives.
On arrival at Malé you will be transferred to the Atoll Explorer (20 mins by boat) for a welcome meeting.
Day 2. Kurumba - Laguna.
Early morning sail to Laguna for a day on the beach or by the pool with optional snorkelling. (B,L,D)
Day 3. Laguna - Kuramathi.
Early morning sail to Kuramathi. Afternoon trip to Rasdhoo, a fishing village. Night fishing excursion. (B,L,D)
Day 4. Kuramathi - Ukulhas.
Morning transfer to Madivaru desert island. Then sail to Ukulhas, a fishing village. Evening on board with local entertainment. (B,L,D)
Day 5. Ukulhas-Meerufenfushi-Gaathufushi.
Sail to Meerufenfushi for time on the beach. Afternoon sail to Gaathufushi for an evening barbecue. (B,L,D)
Day 6. Gaathufushi.
Spend the day here enjoying a picnic. Evening Captain's dinner on board. (B,L,D)
Day 7. Gaathufushi - Kurumba.
Early morning sail to Kurumba. Late afternoon shopping trip to Malé. Live band on board in the evening. (B,L,D)
Day 8.
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight, spend a day on Kurumba if continuing on the 2nd week cruise, or transfer to your resort island for a continued stay. (B)
ITINERARY 2: Day 1. UK - Maldives.
On arrival at Malé you will be transferred to the Atoll Explorer.
Day 2. Kurumba - Maadhoo
Spend the day around the island for snorkelling and the beach. Evening slide show. (B,L,D)
Day 3. Maadhoo - Theluveligaa.
Early morning sail to Theluveligaa for an all day picnic. Take a night fishing excursion. (B,L,D)
Day 4. Theluveligaa - Rai Dhigga.
Morning Transfer to Rai Dhigga. Evening B.B.Q on Rai Dhigga desert island. (B,L,D)
Day 5. Rai Dhigga - Huruveli - Fenfushi.
Morning at leisure snorkelling and windsurfing, then on to Fenfushi, a fishing village. Evening oduberu by the ship's crew. (B,L,D)
Day 6. Fenfushi - Dhigurah.
A day on Dhigurah. Evening Captain's dinner. (B,L,D)
Day 7. Dhigurah - Kurumba.
Spend a couple of hours relaxing on Kurumba followed by a visit to Malé. Evening live band. (B,L,D)
Day 8.
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight, spend a day on Kurumba if continuing on the cruise, or transfer to your resort island for a continued stay. (B)

OPTIONAL HOTEL STAY
Optional hotel stay Day 8. Transfer to your chosen resort hotel. Days 9 - 14. Relax at your chosen resort hotel. Day 15. Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
