Lapland holidays - 3 night trips - Santarctic Adventure

Day 1:

Fly from your chosen UK airport to Ivalo where you’ll be taken to your hotel and greeted with a welcome drink and dinner. Watch out for Rudi and Hal on your travels. Make sure you rest up though, so you’re fighting fit in the morning.

Day 2:

This is where the fun really begins. After breakfast, head off for a busy morning of winter pursuits. Today includes an unforgettable visit to the reindeer farm where you’ll enjoy a reindeer sleigh ride....a dog sleigh ride follows where the little fellows whisk you round the forest at a speedy pace! If that wasn’t enough there’s a breathtaking snowmobile ride where the children travel in sleighs, or you can wizz down a pulse-racing toboggan run. The children can have fun at the kids’ club with activities organised, in the Hotel Tunturi. Lunch and supper is served back at your hotel.

Day 3:

A wealth of wintery activities awaits you today. These include tobogganing, snow shoe walking, tandem skiing and snow hockey as well as our magical Arctic Circle Ceremony to initiate you into the Arctic wilderness and collect your gift of a Lappish bell. Pancakes and hot drinks will be served around the reindeer yard when you’re ready to catch your breath. Don’t forget to look out for Santa as he’s known for popping up when you least expect it. If the morning’s activities haven’t worn you out, why not choose one of the optional trips after lunch, or you can simply spend the afternoon at your leisure. With night approaching, the scene is set for the lavish Christmas Gala Feast, so join in the party atmosphere and party on to the all important disco. The evening wouldn’t be complete without a visit from Santa Claus himself..... he’ll come ladened with gifts everyone!

Day 4:

Breakfast and check out, with the morning free to enjoy a last optional trip or reflect on all the excitement of your holiday. After lunch, depart your hotel for Ivalo airport and your return flight.

The above itinerary is to be used as a guide only. Days and timings may be subject to change. Ski suits and boots are required to be returned on the last night of your holiday.

It's a wrap!

It’s a wrap! Our Lapland Adventures will take you deep into the Arctic Circle, so we’ve included a ski suit and boots for each of our customers. However, you still need to wrap up with plenty of warm layers, thermals, and cosy hats and gloves are musts.
