Itinerary
Day 1. UK - Mombasa.
Depart the UK on an overnight flight to Mombasa.
Day 2. Mombasa - Tsavo East National Park.
You will be met on arrival in Mombasa and then depart on safari for Tsavo East National Park. Enter at Bachuma Gate and game view on the way to your lodge for lunch. Afternoon game viewing in the area, returning to the lodge to watch the sunset high-up on the promontory. Overnight accommodation at the Voi Safari Lodge. (L,D) (165kms)
Day 3. Tsavo East National Park - Amboseli.
After an early breakfast depart up the main Mombasa highway and on to Amboseli, via Emali, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge. Afternoon game drive around the swamp areas beneath the towering peaks of Mt. Kilimanjaro, returning to the lodge by sunset. Overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge, or similar. (B,L,D) (315kms)
Day 4. Amboseli - Tsavo West.
Early morning game drive, returning to the lodge for a late breakfast. Then, with escort, drive via the Chyulu Hills to Tsavo West National Park for check-in followed by lunch at the Kilaguni Serena Lodge. Evening game drive with a visit to Mzima Springs and return to your lodge for overnight. (B,L,D) (195kms)
Day 5. Tsavo West - Mombasa.
A full morning game taking in the famous Shetani Lava Flows. Enjoy lunch, then drive to Mombasa for your chosen beach hotel. B, L. (270kms)
Days 6-15 or (6-22). Beach hotel.
Spend 11 idyllic days relaxing on the beach.
Day 16 (or 23). Mombasa - UK.
Fly Mombasa to the UK
