Itinerary
Day 1. UK - Nairobi.
Depart the UK on your overnight flight to Mombasa or Nairobi.
Day 2. Nairobi - Aberdare National Park.
If you fly on the charter flight to Mombasa, you will be met at Mombasa airport and transferred to the domestic flight to Nairobi where you join the tour. If you travel on the scheduled flight to Nairobi you will be met on arrival at Nairobi Airport where the tour commences. You will be taken to the Outspan Hotel for lunch. From here you transfer, with an overnight bag, (your luggage will be stored for you) to Treetops Lodge in the Aberdare National Park. Your afternoon is at leisure watching the animals visit the waterhole from the observation deck. Overnight in Treetops Lodge. (L,D) (180kms)
Day 3. Aberdare National Park - Lake Naivasha.
After an early morning transfer to the Outspan Hotel to collect your luggage continue to the Great Rift Valley and Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon at leisure or take an optional excursion such as a boat ride or guided walk. Overnight at Lake Naivasha Simba Lodge. (B,L,D) (240kms)
Day 4. Lake Naivasha - Masai Mara.
Following an early breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara Game Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy a later-afternoon game drive followed by dinner and overnight at the Mara Simba Lodge. (B,L,D) (270kms)
Day 5. Masai Mara.
Either take a balloon safari over the famous Masai Mara followed by a bubbly bush breakfast (optional extra) or enjoy a game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge. The rest of the morning is at leisure. After lunch take a late-afternoon game drive returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)
Day 6. Masai Mara - Nairobi.
After breakfast return to Nairobi for you flight to Mombasa and your chosen beach hotel. (B)
Days 7-15 or (7-22). Beach hotel.
Spend 10 idyllic days relaxing on the beach.
Day 16 (or 23). Mombasa - UK.
Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
