Highgrove Estates Introduction
Highgrove Estates is a newly built gated community, made up of Mediterranean-style single and two-storey luxury villas. It is in an ideal location less than 10 miles to the entrance of Walt Disney World Resort and close to shops and restaurants. The complex shares a large swimming pool and clubhouse, an ideal way to meet your fellow guests. Each villa is spacious and well set-out, with every facility that you may need while on holiday.

• 3 bedroom villa for up to 8 (max 6 adults/2 children): 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom & sofa bed or rollaway bed in the lounge suitable for 2 children up to 12 years
• 4 bedroom villa for up to 10 (max 8 adults/2 children): as 3 bedroom villa described above but with an additional twin or double bedroom
• 2 bathrooms
• Private swimming pool (pool can be heated on request - at a charge, payable locally)
• Shared heated communal swimming pool with jacuzzi and clubhouse

• A refundable deposit of approximately $500 is required at check-in. This amount is subject to change. Cash, travellers cheques and credit cards accepted. A one off $39 Property Protection Fee is also payable in resort.
