Spend your days stretched out on the small stretch of sands, make refreshing forays into the shallows, try some watersports, catch an island cruise or take a boat or bus to nearby beaches, including the inviting coves nearby. However you spend your days, wind down after dark in one of Kalivia's authentic restaurants. A couple of cheerful tavernas serving traditional Greek dishes, many of which the recipes have been handed down from generation to generation can be found in the village. A delicious Greek meal to the sound of the waves is pretty hard to resist and it's the perfect end to the day. But, for more action, there's always Skiathos Town, with its sophisticated bars and high-octane nightclubs.
