Darts legend Phil 'The Power' Taylor has been preparing for his most important tournament of the year so far with a relaxing break in the sunshine of Majorca.
The 47 year old, who has been world champion a staggering 13 times, took a week's break out of his hectic schedule to rest and relax on the island before heading to play in the US Open in Connecticut.
Taylor told the Sun that he started a fitness regime while on the island, with the sun and good weather spurring him on.
He said: "I've been in Majorca and it's been great. I managed to find a local bar with a dartboard and I've been practising just the same amount as any day at home.
"When I wasn't at the oche I went for six mile walks every day."
Taylor is looking to defend both his US Open and Premier League titles before the end of the month.
