Rhodes will be rounding off a summer of cultural activities at the end of next month, but holidaymakers visiting the region in September should not despair as there are still plenty of activities planned for them to enjoy.
September and October will be the last opportunity of this year for the Greek dance professionals who have performed to crowds all season to wow the late-summer holidaymakers to the region, Whatsonwhen reports.
The choreographed dancing takes place in the Greek Folk Dances Theatre in Rhodes and promises colourful performances, live music and traditional themes and costumes.
An event likely to give visitors an authentic taste of rich Greek heritage, entrance is only 12 (£8) and even offers budding dance enthusiasts the chance to hone their skills in a workshops and lessons.
Events have been held in Rhodes throughout the summer, with music, films and theatrical entertainment thrilling sightseers and locals alike. The last occasion of the season will be a classical concert performed by the Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra on October 2nd.
