Music lovers will be able to mix their passion with soaking up the rays and enjoying the warm sands between January 10th and March 1st when the Canary Islands Music Festival takes place.

Those enjoying the heat, scenery and holiday vibes of Tenerife instead of shivering in the winter chill back home can enjoy orchestral music from an international range of artists in the Auditoria de Tenerife and the Teatro Guimera.

Among the performers listed on the festival website are soprano Ainhoa Arteta, the Budapest Festival Orchestra and pianist Jose Luis Castillo.

There will also be performances on nearby Gran Canaria.

With so many concerts to choose from, visitors to the islands will be able to choose their favourite artists, styles and pieces of music and make a cultural experience of the whole trip.

Other great attractions of Tenerife include the imposing Teide Volcano, one of the largest in the world.
