Villa Esmeralda Introduction

This great little villa enjoys a fabulous elevated position above Albufeira, giving it panoramic views over the sparkling Algarve coastline. Local amenities, including Albufeira centre and its idyllic beaches, are within a short drive, yet the villa exudes a wonderful air of quietness assured by its location in a peaceful residential area.

A small drive, decorated with a pretty rockery garden, leads to the front of the house, which focuses on a large and light open-plan sitting-dining area with glass doors connecting to the pool terrace. Colourful sofas, a wicker dining suite and a great feeling of space make this room inviting and cheerful - a theme that continues throughout the attractive bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room, and one with an ensuite bathroom. A bright kitchen completes the interior, and links to its own outside terrace. Stepping from the sitting room brings you to a lovely covered patio which is excellently positioned for making the most of the stunning vistas, enjoying leisurely meals or escaping from the midday sun. This in turn leads directly onto the main paved terrace dotted with sunloungers. Surrounding the poolside it's the perfect place for catching the rays in privacy and commands the best of the inspiring views that make the Esmeralda so attractive.
