This welcoming and well-maintained villa lies in a peaceful residential close and is tailor-made for larger families. Close to the Villas Helena, Ocean and Atlantic, it benefits from the same convenient position - within leisurely walking distance of Lorenco beach, a supermarket and Galé centre. If you are a keen golf enthusiast, you can also combine the great location with trips to Albufeira and Salgado golf course - both are just a short car journey away.

Painted in yellow with white shutters and pretty garden beds gracing its front and side, the villa makes a cheerful sight. The interior is equally inviting with comfortable furnishings and a homely atmosphere. The accommodation is spread over two storeys, with a large sitting-dining room, well-equipped kitchen and twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor, and a first floor housing another bathroom, upstairs balcony and the remaining bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. The sitting-dining area opens onto an elevated terrace, from where steps, protected with a children’s stair gate, lead to the pool terrace. Here, a summer kitchen and barbecue await, providing the perfect environment for preparing and enjoying alfresco meals on the ample terrace.

Enclosing walls around the property and the presence of a lockable back gate separating the rear and front gardens also make the Visamar especially family friendly, as well as lending it a private air that will make holidays here even more enjoyable.
