Villa Carlton Heights Introduction

Nestled into a pine forest and with great country walks nearby, the Villa Carlton Heights is one of a group of eight similar properties, all offering fantastic views over the surrounding area of Göcek.

Designed in modern Turkish style over four storeys, the impressive, stone-and-whitewashed exterior gives way to a spacious and airy interior boasting polished marble floors and all the mod cons. On the ground floor, you will find a bright and roomy lounge complete with tasteful sofas and a TV and DVD player. Next door is a separate dining room and stylish modern kitchen, which is fitted with necessities like a washing machine. As for the bedrooms, they are split between the remaining three floors, with a twin and double at lower ground level, the master double and a twin on the first floor and another double room on the second, upper floor. In terms of décor, they are all freshly presented with tiled floors and crisp white walls.

Doors from the living area lead onto a shaded dining terrace, perfect for enjoying meals cooked on the barbecue. Steps down from the terrace take you to the rectangular pool, which is bordered by terraces and a walled, lawned garden - both excellent spots for soaking up the tranquillity.

When you want to get out and about, Fethiye is a 15-minute dolmus ride away and you will find shops and restaurants a kilometre away in Göcek.
