Hisaronu is a developed yet traditional village set 4km back from the stunning coast at Olu Deniz on the route to the vibrant harbour town, Fethiye. Perfectly placed to spend a week lazing in the sun or visiting the array of attractions, Hisaronu is a popular choice for couples and families looking to book a cheap package holiday to Turkey.

‘Dolmus’ mini-buses regularly service a route between Fethiye and Olu Deniz. It only takes 10 minutes to get down to the protected and most photographed beach in Turkey. An area of outstanding natural beauty, Olu Deniz’s blue lagoon is an idyllic spot where a fine shingle beach slopes gently into shimmering waters perfect for swimming and water sports.

Centred on one long strip, lined with excellent restaurants, souvenir shops and lively bars, Hisaronu is a buzzing resort by day and night. You can choose from mouth-watering traditional Turkish dishes or a host of international options including British, Indian, Chinese, Thai and Italian if you're missing a taste of home.

There are numerous companies providing moped and quad hire. This can be a great way of exploring the verdant countryside surrounding the town. Alternatively you can choose to join one of the organised tours from Hisaronu or head over to Fethiye marina where there are several tour companies offering excellent daily boat trips. A package holiday to the Turquoise Coast has something for everyone.
