Villa Kaya Cottage Introduction

This modern, terraced villa could hardly be in a better position for a relaxing holiday. One of a small complex of properties in the picturesque Kaya valley near Hisaronu and Olu Deniz, it offers lovely views over wooded mountains and countryside, giving you a real sense of getting away from it all.

Standing amid shared gardens of fruit orchards and olive trees, the villa is homely and welcoming inside, with a mix of traditional and modern furnishings. A comfortable open-plan lounge and dining area forms the heart of the living space downstairs and leads into a cosy, traditional-style kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms are finished in the same way as the rest of the villa and both have air-conditioning to keep you cool during the summer nights.

Outside, you will find a small, covered terrace where you can relax in the shade over meals and drinks. The shared, rectangular pool is just a few steps away, too, so you can take dips whenever you fancy. Lawns and sunloungers edge the pool and offer great vantage points for enjoying the relaxing views.

The villa is well equipped with facilities, so you have all the essentials at hand. When you want to get out and about, meanwhile, the local area has plenty to keep you happy. Olu Deniz lagoon is a short dolmus trip away and shops, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance.
