The bedrooms are bright and neatly furnished, and the spacious, well-equipped kitchen offers high quality wood units, polished worktops and a breakfast table and chairs. Guests might also want to take their meals on the shaded front terrace, accessed by doors from the sitting room and kitchen and prettily equipped with a wooden table and benches. From here, you can enjoy pleasing views over the rugged hills and pool, with its bordering sunny terrace, which is screened by mature hedges. A built-in barbecue and laundry room are further bonuses. Although the villa is set well back from the road into Pollensa, there is some slight traffic noise - but certainly not enough to detract from your enjoyment.
