Lovingly redecorated every winter by its owner, Regina, whose name it borrows, this friendly and charming villa which neighbours Villa Bononia feels and looks every bit like the family home it once was.

Designed in traditional Menorcan style with a pretty whitewashed exterior and green shutters adding splashes of colour, the house benefits from lots of natural light, giving it a sunny charm accentuated by the homely floor rugs, pot plants and rustic knick-knacks placed throughout. Its most striking feature is a delightful circular sitting room on the second floor which is reached by a spiral staircase. The staircase continues upwards to a lovely roof balcony, where you can sit quietly away from the pool and make the most of the sunshine.

Aside from its well-equipped interior, the Regina sits in a picturesque walled plot, framed by flourishing palm trees. The well-maintained garden centres on a good-sized pool and is fully furnished with sunloungers and a barbecue, with the overhanging palms providing a permanent excuse to doze the afternoon away in cooling shade.

Sandy Cala'n Bosch Beach is only a short distance away and in the resort centre you will find a variety of restaurants and bars to enjoy. When you feel energetic, there is the added attraction of a scenic coastal walk nearby.
