Our Cala'n Porter Villas are good standard holiday homes, ideally situated for enjoying the many attractions of Cala'n Porter. Owned by British families with an excellent understanding of what British guests want from a villa in Menorca, these stylish neighbouring properties offer a well-judged combination of well-equipped accommodation and relaxing open spaces.

Situated a leisurely stroll from the shops, bars and restaurants of the centre, both villas enjoy a quiet setting enhanced by its spacious garden to the rear. Identical in design, the villas are mostly laid to lawn, which feels lush and cool underfoot, the garden is dotted with flourishing palms which bring a touch of exotica to your surroundings. Located directly outside the house, the inviting pool is skirted by a sun terrace and pleasant outdoor dining area furnished with a barbecue and patio table and chairs. Green-shuttered doors lead from the pool terrace into the light, airy sitting room which flows into an open-plan kitchen, both styled in crisp whites to emphasise the modern and spacious ambience. Good quality floor tiles run throughout, matching the fresh and uncluttered décor, and the bedrooms continue in the same vein, with white-painted walls and unfussy furniture.
