Behind their charming wooden-shuttered exteriors, each of these detached, quality villas has two bedrooms and bright and stylish interiors. Decorated with soft pastel colours, warm floor tiles and elegant dark wood furniture they also offer extra touches to make for a truly relaxing stay, such as a CD stereo and DVD player.

The spacious open-plan sitting-dining rooms make extremely comfortable living spaces, and each villa has a modern kitchen furnished with all the holiday essentials, including a dishwasher. The good-size bedrooms are styled in a light and contemporary fashion, and patio doors which let natural sunlight flood inside, link to an ample pool, which is heated in the winter and surrounded by terraced borders and garden areas laid with volcanic stones. It is easy to find suntrap spots here, although each villa offers the alternative of a shaded terrace offering respite from the hot sun and a perfect venue for sociable al-fresco meals cooked on the barbecue.

When you can tear yourself away from your villa, the beach and many attractions and entertainments of Playa Blanca are an easy drive away, and there is the advantage of local supermarkets and restaurants close by.
