Located in the same sunny position as its semi-detached neighbour, the Alicia, the two-storey Villa Geno enjoys excellent accessibility to the bright lights and beaches of Puerto del Carmen and the same quiet setting in a residential district.

The design of the villa matches that of the Alicia, with a typically Canarian whitewashed exterior and a lovely suntrap balcony accessed from the upstairs landing and one of the comfortable twin bedrooms. Downstairs, you will find a well-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and washing machine, together with an open-plan sitting-dining area with sliding glass doors that open to reveal the rear terrace. Housing a small pool with tiled surrounds framed by whitewashed walls, this makes a private spot for basking in the sunshine and enjoying al-fresco meals cooked on the barbecue. The kitchen connects to a further cosy terraced area perfect for getting away and relaxing on your own.

Puerto del Carmen beach and its seafront bars and restaurants are easily reached down the gentle hill on which the Geno stands, and a useful supermarket lies a short walk away. Because the Geno and Alicia are next door to each other, they make a great choice for families or friends wanting to holiday together but still retain their independence.
