This pleasant villa has been built and furnished to a good standard and is set in a superb, quiet location on the edge of Neon Khorion village overlooking the Akamas mountains, yet it is just a ten minute stroll from the village centre where you'll find a few shops, and village tavernas. Inside, the spacious open-planned living area is comfortable, simple, yet nicely furnished and well-equipped with doors opening out down onto a swimming pool area bordered by a sun terrace and dining area perfect for relaxing and eating out-of-doors. When you want to venture out Latchi Beach, a minimarket, and restaurants are a few minutes drive away and three kilometres away you will find a supermarket.
