The quietly located Etheria lies within a few kilometres of the centre of Paphos and stands in a row of three villas, the other two of which are the Villa Avra and Ostria.

Built over two storeys, the villa is beautifully maintained and finished with unfussy wood furnishings and tiled floors that lend it a fresh, home-from-home feel. The bright, open-plan living area boasts a traditional fireplace and dining space opening to the poolside, whilst the kitchen, again open-plan, is fitted with a good range of appliances. The ground floor accommodation also consists of an airy twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. Upstairs, the remaining double and twin bedrooms also feature their own ensuite shower rooms and link to a splendid balcony - excellent for sitting in the sunshine and enjoying the lovely views over the pool and towards the Mediterranean.

Set to the rear, the sun-soaked pool terrace is bounded by neat gravel beds, clipped shrubbery and mature pines, through which you can catch glimpses of the sea in the distance. An all-important barbecue and pergola-covered terrace stand beside the pool for lingering over al-fresco meals. When you want to venture out, the beach at Coral Bay and the charming town of Peyia are within a short drive.
