The Villa Signalo occupies what has to be one of the most picturesque locations in Corfu - a secluded perch high above Nissaki, which affords breathtaking vistas over the Ionian sea and green hillsides below.

The views are equalled by the sleek modern interiors, which are equipped with virtually every home comfort. The contemporary kitchen is superbly fitted and includes a dishwasher and washing machine, whilst the comfortable, airy sitting room has satellite TV with limited English channels. On the upper storey, the inviting bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are two enticing balconies, which are ideal for soaking up the gorgeous panoramas. Fronting the house is a ground floor terrace decorated with pot plants and offering shaded areas for escaping the sun and eating outdoors. Steps down from here bring you to the tempting large pool, whose surrounding terraces are perfect for stretching out and topping up your tan.

With no overlooking properties, the Signalo is remarkably private, so perfect for getting away it from all. However it is not overly remote - Nissaki and its tavernas are just a little more than two kilometres down the hillside. Add, for extra convenience, the local supermarket offers a free delivery service - perfect for stocking-up on essential ingredients to create your own home-cooked meals. You should note though that the house is 1.6 kilometres up a steep, very narrow road, so is not suitable for less mobile guests.
