A home-away-from-home for families and groups wanting a peaceful base. On the outskirts of Almancil, this comfortable detached villa sits quietly amid lovely countryside yet is only a short drive from the shops and restaurants of the town, a golden sandy beach and Faro airport.

Standing within enclosed lawned gardens, the villa's cheerful appearance reflects its welcoming and homely interior. Every room is finished to a high standard with tasteful furnishings co-ordinating with neutral décor and tiled floors. The large, comfortable sitting room offers a traditional feature fireplace and an exercise bike for sporty types, and the bright kitchen is excellently fitted. Downstairs, you'll find the two comfortable twin bedrooms, whilst the double is upstairs alongside an en-suite bathroom.

Outside, there are plenty of excuses to linger at home. To the rear, a small covered terrace is great for entertaining, al-fresco meals and also watching over the pool, which sits nearby amid the well-tended lawns. Mature trees strategically placed around the gardens offer shade when it's needed and add much to the picturesque and private setting. When you want a change or to eat out, there are restaurants a five to ten minute car trip away, although the location of the Pinhal does makes it unsuitable for less mobile guests.
