Enjoying a quiet setting in a residential area outside Alvor, this lovely modern villa has plenty to attract those wanting a high standard and peaceful getaway.

The villa is framed by split-level gardens and terraces, and boasts a fabulous front facing pool terrace, which basks in sun all day, making it a paradise for sun worshippers. Steps from here take you up to a shaded terrace alongside the house, which is ideal for taking breathers from the sun and relaxing over evening drinks.

Glass doors from the terrace give access to the fresh, homely interior, which is elegantly styled using co-ordinating cream fabrics, fresh tiled floors and modern furnishings. When you fancy catering for yourself, you can alternate between the bright, superbly equipped kitchen and the outdoor barbecue and eat in the stylish dining room, which is separated from the comfortable sitting room by a handsome fireplace. Also dressed in muted shades, the welcoming double bedrooms are finished with well-chosen furniture, whilst the twin bedroom is decorated with children in mind.

A short drive brings you to Alvor and its beach, and there are useful shops and restaurants a couple of kilometres away. Owing to the steps in and around the property, the Silvia is unfortunately not suitable for less mobile guests.
