This attractive villa is peacefully set on the fringes of Carvoeiro, close to the Vale de Milho golf course, making it excellent for golfers. Yet easily its most impressive feature is its superb Roman style swimming pool, which measures 16 metres by 8 and will attract guests wanting to spend lots of time relaxing in the sunshine, with an outside shower for that added comfort and convenience. The villa also offers magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, Vale do Milho and the surrounding countryside, and there are sunloungers, table and chairs which provide a lovely space for catching the suns rays.

Inside, the homely rooms have warm tiled floors, white walls and comfortable furnishings. The bright sitting room centres on a charming traditional fireplace and features doors to the walled, south-facing pool terrace. Offering ample room for everyone to relax, this beautiful spot basks in sun most of the day, and offers great views over the surrounding greenery and rooftops, as well as a barbecue and canopied dining area. Back inside, the compact kitchen is well fitted with appliances like a dishwasher and washing machine. Three of the simple yet comfortable bedrooms also boast their own ensuites, making the villa ideal for sets of friends.

For a change of scenery, Carvoeiro beach is just 3.5 kilometres away and there are shops and restaurants closer by. The pool has a minimum depth of one metre so the villa is not suitable for families with toddlers, whilst its hilly surroundings may make it unsuitable for less mobile guests.
