A child must be aged 2-16 on the return journey to qualify for a child discount. - What is the infant age limit?
An infant must be under the age of 2 on the return journey to qualify for an infant fare. - How much does an infant have to pay?
Infants under the age of 2 on the day of return pay £49 on charter and £99 scheduled flights, they must travel on an adult’s lap if there is no spare seat and have no baggage allowance. They do not have to pay a holiday deposit. - How do I collect my car?
Customers booking the full Villa Holiday package receive a ‘Alamo’ car hire voucher within 4 weeks of departure, this details the car hire supplier that you need to go to on arrival in resort (Alamo is the agent not the supplier). Handover the voucher to your supplier who will then process your booking and provide you with your car. - Are transfers provided?
No – car hire is included with every Villa Holiday package, if you don’t want the use of the included car then you will have to pay for your own taxi. - How do I find the villa?
Detailed directions will be supplied to you by one of our representatives on arrival in your resort airport. If you are booking just the villa on a Villa Only arrangement basis then details will be provided prior to your departure. - Where do I collect my keys?
This varies from villa to villa but if you are travelling on a Villa Only arrangement basis then details will be supplied along with your directions prior to departure. If you have booked a Villa Holiday package then your representative will advise on arrival in resort. - When can we check in?
From 4pm onwards, if you arrive before 4pm you are welcome to use the outside facilities, e.g. pool and sunbeds but you will not be able to gain entry to the villa until it has been cleaned. Please remember that previous guests will still be in residence before 10am so no entry to the villa or its outside facilities will be allowed before that time. - When do we have to check out?
By 10am on the day of your departure. - Can we stay in the villa later than the confirmed vacating time of 10am?
This is not possible, as the villa will need to be cleaned and prepared for the next guest. However if you have very special requirements for needing to stay in the villa after 10am then please ask your representative once in resort. - I have satellite TV in the villa what channels does that include?
It will be local satellite in the country that you are visiting. Limited English speaking channels are available – please do not expect the usual satellite channels you receive at home. - Are linen and towels provided in the villa?
All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool. - Is there an iron and ironing board at the villa?
Yes – they are included as standard in your villa. - Is a breakage deposit payable?
In certain holiday destinations there is a breakage deposit payable which is payable on arrival. The payment method is usually taken as a credit card imprint, which is later returned to you on your departure providing no damage has been made to the villa.
