What you see is what you get. No extras, surcharges or other nasties that could take you by surprise. We like to keep things nice and simple, so all our holidays clearly state what’s included in the price and what isn’t.
We understand that things change, often beyond your control. If you need to change your holiday plans, you can transfer onto a different holiday up to the point that your balance is due, and we won’t charge you our normal admin fee.

If you need to cancel your holiday before your balance is due, you won’t lose your deposit. We’ll hold onto it for you for up to 12 months so that you can re-book within that time. Feeling generous? You could transfer your pre-paid deposit to a friend instead.
Our prices will naturally vary over time as flight and cruise prices change. What you won’t find is any artificial price inflation to fund fake discounts. You’ve told us that you don’t want that from your holiday company, and neither do we.
We love to welcome you back! That’s why we offer our loyal customers our best offers. Existing customers receive a discount when they re-book within 12 months of travelling with us. From time to time we will also offer other rewards that are only available to our loyal customers. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the Cosmos family.
Like a well-packed suitcase, we try and squeeze as much as we can into your holiday price. Flights, transfers, accommodation and a private chauffeur- driven home pick-up service are included in all of our holidays. Meals, porterage and taxes are also included where possible – you can find a handy list of inclusions for every holiday on our website.
We’re so confident that we offer the best value touring holidays that we are putting our money where our mouth is. Find a cheaper like-for-like tour from another company, and we’ll not only match their price but also give you a £100 discount when you book with us. Simple.
Our price match guarantee applies to touring holidays with flights and is not applicable to cruise or beach holidays. To qualify you must send us evidence of the lower priced comparable touring holiday, clearly stating the quote date, full itinerary, hotel standard, flights, dates and inclusions. The competitor’s quote must be made on the same day as the Cosmos tour quote and should include the same flights, departure dates, hotels and inclusions as the Cosmos tour. Proof of a lower priced holiday quote must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org before the booking is made. For quotes or bookings via a travel agent, please ask your agent to contact us for price match. £100 per booking plus the difference between the two comparable holidays will be deducted from the final balance of your holiday.
