Competition Terms & Conditions
Introduction
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Cosmos Tours Ltd.
How to Enter
To take part, entrants need to comment on our Facebook competition post with a photo, taken on a Cosmos tour.
By entering, you consent to your photos being used in future marketing activity.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age and based in the UK. Cosmos Tours Ltd employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
The competition is completely free to enter and entrants may submit multiple entries.
Participants can only enter into the prize draw by commenting on Cosmos Tours Ltd's original competition Facebook post.
The competition will be open for entries until midnight on 31st August 2024.
The Prize
The winner will receive a choice to redeem either:
£150 Amazon eGift Voucher
OR
£500 off a Cosmos or Globus Escorted Touring holiday booking
The use of specific brands as prizes by Cosmos Tours Ltd does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. Cosmos Tours Ltd's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
Cosmos Tours Ltd will choose a winner and they will be announced on our Facebook page and tagged in the original post on 9th September 2024.
The winner will be required to contact us by Facebook Messenger to redeem their prize. If the winner does not contact us within 14 days, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Cosmos Tours Ltd reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
The winner will allow 28 days for either:
Voucher delivery by email
OR
£500 credit applied to a NEW escorted tour booking
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Cosmos Tours Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
The winner's name, as it is on Facebook, will be announced on Cosmos Tours Ltd's Facebook page.
By entering, all entrants agree to their submitted photos to be used in Cosmos email and social media marketing.
Limitation of Liability
Cosmos Tours Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
Cosmos Tours Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
