VIP home pick-up service

Our VIP home pick-up service is included up to 50 miles to your departure airport. Your driver will happily load and unload your luggage, and drive you to your departure terminal. At the close of your trip, you'll be welcomed by your driver in the arrivals hall and returned home again. A supplement is payable per mile over 50 miles.

good . a few issues with the tours . The nature reserve was a complete waste of time Guide just talked in Spanish , no birds , dried up lake ! Not enough time given to explore towns on own as we stood in Town squares for too long. My understanding was that the tour boxes meant we could walk not stand and yet still hear the guides ? Not good enough English , Spanish and French talks where much longer than ours , was spoken on the tours except for the Lady on the Great Mosque tour who was excellant

Travel to Seville where you will be met and transferred to your cruise ship, MS La Belle de Cadix, for embarkation. After comfortably settling into your cabin, the crew will be introduced at a welcome cocktail before dinner.

Seville - Cordoba - Seville

2

Today's full day excursion takes in Spain's 'City of Caliphs', the magnificent Moorish city of Córdoba. See the breathtaking Great Mosque, famed as one of the greatest feats of Islamic architecture outside the Arab world and a veritable forest of intricately decorated pillars, each adorned with jasper, granite or precious marble. Also visit the quaint former Jewish quarter, a maze of whitewashed lanes overlooked by pretty courtyards festooned in vividly coloured flowers. After lunch in a traditional Córdoban restaurant, enjoy free time before returning to your ship in Seville.

Seville - Cadiz

With fascinating historical treasures and rich Moorish heritage, it's no wonder Seville is often called Andalucia's 'Radiant City'. Explore the city sights on this morning's excursion, taking in the spectacular Cathedral, the famous Alcazar Palace and its gorgeous gardens, tranquil Maria Luisa Park and the seductive Santa Cruz district. Return to your ship for lunch and set sail on the glorious Guadalquivir, Andalucia's longest river, cruising past picturesque rice and cotton fields and the beautiful marshlands of the Donana Park biosphere reserve and Sanlucar de Barrameda en route to Cadiz. This evening explore Cadiz by night on the included walking tour.

Cadiz - Jerez - Cadiz - El Puerto de Santa Maria

This morning, set out on an included excursion to Jerez, Cradle of Spain's sherry-making, flamenco and equestrian traditions. Jerez is laden with scented orange trees, beautiful squares and lively bodegas. Later, there is the included walking tour of Cadiz. Set on a rocky peninsula overlooking the beautiful bay, captivating Cadiz exudes traditional Andalucian charm and boasts an old city of quaint narrow lanes, tranquil plazas and delightful architecture, such as the baroque cathedral, Grand Theatre and pretty watchtowers. Back on board for dinner and a flamenco dancing evening as you cruise towards El Puerto de Santa Maria.

El Puerto de Santa Maria - Isla Minima

Today, tour the Osborne cellar and taste a selection of local wines. Afterwards, we’ll cruise towards Isla Minima. Tour a genuine Andalusian hacienda located on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, followed by an equestrian show. Later, return to the ship and start sailing towards Seville.

Seville - Granada - Seville

Today is entirely devoted to the wonderful city of Granada. Enjoy a guided tour of the town and a visit to the Alhambra Palace. Commissioned by the 13th-century Moorish ruler, Al Ahmar, this breathtaking fortress-come-palace stands against the snow-tipped Sierra Nevada. After lunch in a local restaurant, spend time exploring more of Granada's main sights before returning to your ship in Seville for dinner. Please note this is a full day excursion and the journey from Seville to Granada takes approximately 3 hours each way.

This morning, drive to a nature reserve for a tour with a forest guide. This area of unspoilt natural beauty has preserved its own special character. Visit a bird watching area to admire the amazing variety of bird species including waders, gulls and ducks. In July and August, we’ll visit the Wharf of the Caravels where you will be able to see the replicas of Christopher Columbus's ships. Tonight is the gala evening and dinner on board.

Life on board

Age Restriction

Reservations from minors shall not be accepted by the travel agency but must be made by the parents or other adults of more than 18 years of age with the necessary authorizations. Minors of under 18 years of age are not permitted to travel on board unaccompanied. They must be accompanied by parents or adults of more than 18 years of age. No alcoholic beverages shall be served to minors on board. Proof of the customer’s age may be requested by the ship’s personnel. 

Disabled Facilities

All passengers are required to be medically, physically and / or mentally fit to undertake a trip without endangering their life or the life of others. No medical services are offered aboard our ships.

Any passenger with a physical or mental incapacity, limited capacity of
mobility, having an illness requiring treatment or medical care ,or
pregnant women should inform the travel agent at the time of booking.No reservations can be accepted for passengers whose physical or mental condition is likely to render their participation in the cruise or in the vacation impossible or dangerous for themselves or others, or who require forms of care or assistance impossible to guarantee aboard ship, notably because of unsuitable infrastructure. Some suppliers (hoteliers, airlines and cruise companies, etc) may require a medical certificate confirming that the passenger is fit to travel or they may refuse to accept the booking if they feel that they will be unable to guarantee any assistance or treatment deemed necessary for the health and well-being of the passenger. Participation in the voyage and in excursions is subject to the condition of the passenger having sufficient mobility. If necessary, the disabled may be accompanied at their own expense to obtain the required assistance. All personal accidents, diversions or forced stopover costs disrupting the course of the cruise shall be at the liability of the passenger having concealed his unfitness to travel.

Dress Code

Casual and comfortable during the day. More elegant clothing may be worn in the evening. It is recommended that the wearing of footwear suitable for life aboard and for excursions with non-slip soles.

Smoking Policy

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, most ships do still allow smoking on board, but you will find this is restricted to designated areas around the ship. 

Lounge Bar

Take a visit the open bar in the lounge for some camaraderie, whether it’s from fellow passengers or the friendly multilingual crew. There is no better place to spend than in the calm, living-room atmosphere of the lounge.

Panorama Bar

Take in the scenic views of the European towns and cities from the Panoramic Lounge. Furnished with contemporary furniture and floor to ceiling, panoramic windows for you to sit back, relax and enjoy. Aft of the Panorama Bar is the Terrace should you wish to take in the scenery in the fresh air.

Plunge Pool

Cool off and take a dip in the Plunge pool located on the sun deck.

Sun Deck

The Sun Deck, is open air and includes a sheltered area This is the ideal place to take in the fresh air, lying in the sun on a deck chair, walking from one end of the deck to the other, or sitting at one of the tables under the awning.
