The booking process was very easy. The communication throughout was first class. The cruise was excellent and accurately described by Cosmos in every way. The flights via KLM were timely and efficient. The only negative was the poor / very slow luggage handling at Birmingham Airport ( no fault of Cosmos ). Thank you Cosmos, we will travel with you again.
