With its striking colonnades and delightful reliefs, the temple was saved from destruction and rebuilt on higher land brick-by-brick in an incredible construction project. It is undoubtedly one of Egypt's most beautiful temples. Today's tour continues with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk in the northern region fo the city's stone quarries. This sleeping granite giant would have reached a stunning height of 42 meters if erected. Enjoy a Nubian folkloric show this evening.
