A full list with details and guide prices will either be included in your final tour documentation or provided upon arrival. Ocean Liners have optional excursions available for purchase direct with the cruise line.
We will endeavour to send your documentation approximately 14 days prior to departure. Your documents will be emailed to you, so please ensure you check your personal junk mail box if you are expecting to receive documents and you cannot see them in your inbox. We can only offer paper documentation for a small fee.
Balances are due 8 weeks prior to departure.
We have found over the years that young children do not enjoy coach touring holidays and therefore we do not accept bookings for children under 8. We do offer a range of other holidays that may be more suited to a younger child, in particular our resort stays.
We do understand that unfortunately things can happen that are out of your control. If you need to cancel your holiday, please complete our enquiry form and select 'I have a query about an existing booking.'
The cancellation fees are calculated dependent on your departure date. Please check our cancellation grid within the Terms and Conditions section.
As we know this information is required when completing your online application the details of the hotel are printed on your Cosmos invoice.
We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa, and all debit cards.
We use mobile phone or email contact information for emergency purposes in time sensitive situations so that should the need arise, we can quickly get in touch. This information will not be used for marketing purposes and will be disposed of after your trip. Final documentation will not be released until you have provided us with this information.
Our price match guarantee applies to touring holidays with flights and is not applicable to cruise or beach holidays. To qualify you must send us evidence of the lower priced comparable touring holiday, clearly stating the quote date, full itinerary, hotel standard, flights, dates and inclusions. The competitor’s quote must be made on the same day as the Cosmos tour quote and should include the same flights, departure dates, hotels and inclusions as the Cosmos tour. Proof of the lower priced holiday quote should be sent to email@example.com. Only one claim per booking, no cash equivalent and not applicable to cruises.
We are aware that some Monarch customers have 'Cosmos' showing on their credit card or bank statements for their holiday. Cosmos was a trading name of Monarch until earlier this year.
The owners of Cosmos Tours Ltd sold the Monarch Travel Group on 1 November 2014, and Cosmos Tours Ltd is not in any way connected with Monarch.
