You can view and pre-purchase optional excursions 90 days before your vacation starts, which will also be available while you're on vacation. A list of optional excursions will be included in your documents for review prior to departure. By purchasing excursions and activities beforehand, you have the opportunity to craft a more personal vacation experience and plan your time and budget in advance. To purchase excursions for your Globus tour, log in to the mycosmos or myavalon site (you will need your invoice/reservation number).
Travel documents, including any air tickets, itineraries, and other information, are available approximately two to three weeks prior to departure provided full payment has been received.
This will be provided by e-mail approximately 28 days before departure. Please ensure you provide us with a valid email address at the time of booking and check your junk email should you not receive the documentation email.
The final payment date can be found on your Booking Summary under Key Dates or within our Booking Conditions under 'Deposit Amount, Final Payments Dates & Cancellation Fees' schedule.
The minimum age to participate in any travel service is 8 years of age unless otherwise specified. Please see the `Participation Eligibility & Reductions' section in our Booking Conditions for more information for your chosen holiday.

As we know this information is required when completing your online application the details of the hotel are printed on your Cosmos Travel Packet.
We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa, and all debit cards.
We use either mobile phone or email contact information for emergency purposes in time-sensitive situations so that should the need arise, we can quickly get in touch. This information will not be used for marketing purposes and will be disposed of after your trip.
Not all overseas credit/debit cards are compatible with our payment systems. In these rare cases, please speak with our contact centre team who will be happy to discuss alternative payment options.
