If you have chosen a later flight you will be transferred directly to the airport, so may incur waiting time. Many Ocean Cruise lines offer shore excursions which will enable guests to incorporate a tour that will end at the airport Please enquire with your specific cruise line if these options are available to purchase.
Check-in on the ship is in the afternoon to enable the crew to prepare the ship for new passengers. Avalon passengers will be transferred directly to the ship, however, you may not get access to your stateroom at the same time. Please note that for any early arrivals you will be taken directly to the ship where you will have limited use of the public areas. Alternatively, feel free to store your luggage and use the time to explore the area.
Disembarkation will begin after breakfast on your last day, if you have chosen a later flight you will have free time and you may be able to store your luggage on-board before your transfer later in the day. If you have a morning flight you will be transferred directly to the airport.
Yes. Alaska is part of the USA the same visa requirements apply. If you fly into Canada first, the visa requirements for Canada will also apply.
