Check in time at hotels is generally after 2pm and you should anticipate having to check out by 10am irrespective of the time of your departure flight.

There is a supplement for a single room/cabin or single occupancy. In some accommodation there are rooms/cabins designed for single occupancy only. You will find the surcharges less in this instance than those of a double room with single occupancy. Single rooms can vary in size or location and in Japan are considerably smaller. You are paying for a supplement for your privacy. We also have Single share options on selected classic coach tours subject to availability.
Please note that this scheme is subject to availability and applies to selected coach tours only. It is only available on our classic touring range. Single room supplements also have to be paid on any resort or city add on to your tour.
In most cases rooms must be vacated no later than 12 noon on the last day of your holiday to ensure that rooms are ready for incoming passengers. Where possible, a room will be made available for changing and storing luggage, but this will be subject to availability.
Of course, full details will be provided in your 'Ready To Go' travel documents which will be sent 28 days prior to departure.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a swimming pool will be available at the hotels on tour. For those that have pools please ensure you familiarise yourself with the safety features, such as depth of water and whether there is a lifeguard on duty.
