This morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to Maun, Botswana. On arrival in Maun board a charter flight for flight-seeing over one of Africa's great wilderness. The Okavango Delta is home to large numbers of elephant, buffalo, lion, hippo, giraffe and zebra. Return to Maun later today.
Today is at leisure to explore. Why not take the opportunity to join an exciting mokoro (dug out canoe) trip? This is a popular way for travellers to experience the tranquility of the Okavango Delta and are based on the traditional Bayei method of travelling through the flood plains of the Delta.
Today, experience a chartered flight seeing trip over the shimmering salt pans of Makgadikgadi along with the Nxai Pans, believed to be the the largest in the world. The pans are the remains of a once ancient lake that now forms part of the route of Southern Africa's largest migration. During the rainy season the pans are one of the most important wetland areas in Botswana, coming alive with water birds and great herds of game. Later, travel by road to Gweta.
Today, explore the Ntwetwe Pan with a local guide that explains the incredible adaptations of the species that are unique to the Kalahari Desert environment. There is the opportunity (weather permitting) to get up close and personal with a resident gang of habituated meerkats.
En-route to Chobe, travel through the small village of Nata. The area is known for it's cattle farming and the majority of the residents are from the Basarwa Tribe, also know as the Bushman or San. Travel onwards through the route referred to as the 'game drive route', where there is a chance of seeing wildlife along the way.
Enjoy a morning open vehicle game drive in the Chobe National Park, the second largest in Botswana, it is known for it's superb game viewing all year round. Later join a breathtaking afternoon cruise to experience the sunset and see wildlife activity.
This morning transfer to Kasane Airport for the flight to Victoria Falls. Enjoy an afternoon sunset cruise on the Zambezi River - a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the beauty of the river, offering a unique opportunity to see a variety of game.
Experience Victoria Falls up close by taking part in a guided tour of the Falls and Rainforest. Spend your final evening at the Boma, which means place of eating in Swahili. The Boma provides a unique cultural experience that bombards the senses with tastes, sights, sounds and smells of Africa - together with the warmth and hospitality of Zimbabwe and its people.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to the UK via Johannesburg.
Luggage will be stored at the airport during the flight seeing on Day 3.
