Hotels were fabulous, so much nicer than some of the European hotels. Tour director the best yet, Brad made the trip fun a more personal one with quizzes, etc on long drive days.

Whole tour was very rushed with the guide showing her inexperience. When you only have 45 minutes at a top sight to take photographs, take in the ambience, go to the bathroom, get coffee and food it is not enough, especially when there are 43 on the coach. This is what happened at Lake Louise which was supposed to be a highlight of the tour. One example of how rushed we were . We got to most hotels around 4 pm when 6pm would have been ok

Ship needs to look at offering more interesting activities. E.G. learn how to use windows 10 was offered most days! Also, the main show in the evening was very poor. Food was very good and staff were excellent. Alcohol was expensive. Optional excursions in port were good and many to choose from. As for the ports themselves, seen one seen them all. Same shops in them all with loads of jewelry shops that had nothing to do with Alaska and everything to do with getting the cruise passengers to part with more money. All the souvenir shops sold the same things in all the ports. Many selling made in china tat. Scenery form the ship was excellent esp. Glacier bay. Fab gym at the back of the ship with a wall of windows which made exercising a bit more pleasurable.
