full itinerary very busy holiday, be warned there is a lot of walking but even if your a little slow the group went to that pace. We visited a lot of place and overall had a fantastic time. Only a couple of issues. Firstly the food very repetitive, you have to accept this when trying to cater for a large group. Optional extras - there are a few, it would have been nice before we left to be told what these 'might' include. I appreciate these may change depending on the time of year / day of week and so on, but be aware there are quite a few. if you don't have enough money with you there are cash conversion machines in most of the hotels. I think this is a very well thought out holiday, have returned home exhausted but loved the whole experience. Our Guides, Sean, Grace, Sally and Lee were brilliant.

Our national guide Ivan was 5star. Massive asset to your company, couldn't have done more for us and so passionate about his country and the history it holds. Other two guides Christy and Dave were very good and friendly, however Kathleen in Beijing was quite hard to understand, we also felt very rushed by her guidance.

Overall an excellent, informative tour which has left us with many stories to tell and memories to treasure. - Tour Guides: Our National Guide, Amy, was fantastic. She was very informative and was happy to share her experiences of her home country with us. Prior to the tour, we had heard that you could toboggan down the Great Wall, something which we wanted to have a go at but were worried would not be able to due to tour restrictions, Amy made arrangements for the group to have this option so we were able to fulfil our ambitions. She is a real asset to your company! The other "Local Guides" on the tour, particularly Annie in Shanghai, were very good as well. - Hotels: Accommodation was of a good standard, rooms were clean and comfortable with free WiFi and bottled water replenished on a daily basis - great for a full day out exploring. - Pace: The tour was quite fast paced, which was great for us as we wanted to see as much as we possibly could during our nine days in China, we definitely accomplished this! - Optional Excursions: We were unaware when we arrived in China that there were optional excursions available, there was no mention of these in our booking documents, hence we did not bring sufficient money and needed to withdraw extra whilst abroad. In future it would be useful to be made aware of any optional excursions in advance so that we can plan for them. Perhaps communication between Cosmos and the tour provider could be strengthened? - Food: It seemed that the included food was provided on a budget, with cheaper vegetable meals favoured and dishes often repeated. We only realised this on the last day when we returned to the previous night's restaurant, separately from the group, and had a much more varied meal with generous portions.
