Superb excursions, well organised and interesting.
Would have preferred more time and rovinji and cut out the Eco tour
More time needed for Peninsula trip as it was a bit of a route march for less mobile clients. They changed the days and times from those provided which caused confusion and was not pointed out by the Rep meaning one couple missed their trip. Venice was amazing, however, the bad weather caused problems for some people on the crossing. It would be useful to advice people regarding sea sickness and possible delays as we did not get back until after 2200 hours and missed dinner. The breakfast packages for these trips were appalling with stale bread, chocolate desserts and fruit past its sell by date. It would have been better with a couple of pastries, orange juice and a piece of fresh fruit
Fantastic hotel, location and tours.
Very efficient. Transfer bus waiting and took us straight to the hotel. Excellent hotel. Clean, lots of choice for food at breakfast and dinner. 2 great all day trips included. We thought it was a good value holiday.
The Atlas trips were poor and dates of both change and only told on our arrival. The Istrian trip changed from Saturday to Monday. The rep spoke for too long all was rushed and had no time to enjoy any part. They also added an extra venue which was not advertised. It was a visit to herb garden which was pointless and we had to be out in the strong sun. We did not see The Temple of Augustus which was advertised. The Venice trip was changed from Tuesday to Thursday and we were unable to go as we had already booked another activity which meant we could not see Venice and lost the money. We tried to contact Atlas but 1 letter regarding the trip was written in Croatian and we did not understand properly. 2 spoke to an Atlas rep who's English was poor and had no success in communicating. If there had been a rep from Cosmos perhaps this could have been resolved? As stated hotel etc were really good so it is a shame that a lack of a rep and poor trips spoilt what could have been an excellent holiday. Trips not as advertised and changed dates. Rep also l not accurate ,said museum in Pula was closed but in fact was open . Hope to get a positive response and a reembersment for trips especially Venice.Would be happy to return to this hotel and resort.
A beautiful area and very clean - guides were very good - would return to hotel Molindrio again - however brochure descriptions and what actual tours were do not always match
