This afternoon transfer to the airport for the flight to Cusco.
This morning enjoy an included sightseeing tour of this beautiful colonial town, soaking up the old town atmosphere and visiting Plaza de Armas, the epicentre of the Inca empire, before heading out to the city's scenic surrounds to see Incan sites including Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, Tambo Machay and Puca Pukara.
Today is a full day to visit Pisac. See the citadel town which sits proudly above the ruined village, otherwise known as the Sacred Valley. Pisac is known for two reasons; the vibrant craft market and hosting one of the most impressive complexes of terraces in the valley. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to the village of Ollantaytambo, a typical example of urban planning of the Incas.
A once-in-a-lifetime trip to legendary Machu Picchu awaits you this morning. Machu Picchu is one of the great archaeological treasures of the world, whose purpose is still a mystery. Your tour to Machu Picchu begins with a train ride to Aguas Calientes. This town is also known as 'Machu Picchu pueblo' and is the last stop before the entrance to the remains of the most important archaeological site in Peru. In the afternoon, return by train to Ollanta and to your in Cusco.
Transfer to the airport for your flight to La Paz. Enjoy a city tour and uncover the living history of this charming city. Later, visit the Moon Valley, a clay formation resembling the face of the moon.
Travel to Cocotoni, on the shores of Lake Titicaca, and enjoy a Hydrofoil cruise to Moon Island. Visit 'Iñak Uyu' before continuing to Sun Island. Visit the Inca 'Grand Stairs' and the Sacred Fountain where you can taste the water that is believed to give eternal youth and happiness. After lunch continue by hydrofoil to Copacabana and visit the shrine of the Dark Indian Virgin. Next drive to Huatajata via the Tiquina Strait crossing. On arrival, visit the Andean Roots Eco Village: The Altiplano Museum, Handicrafts village, the Mud Igloos and the mortuary towers of the Urus Chipayas. Meet the Limachi family, builders of the RA II and Tigris ships. Later, return to La Paz.
