We had a great tour manager,Elise, and we were well looked after. The tour party was larger than expected and we didn’t receive all of the documentation that the other tour members had eg the cab company queried the voucher when we arrived at Boston. We were also unaware of the optional excursions. There were some long days but they were to be expected. The tour manager was unaware that our tour ended in Washington.

One or two aspects I was not happy with. Firstly the flight we were allocated by you left Heathrow on 10th October at 17.25pm there was no way we were going to be in Boston for the welcome meeting that evening, basically a waisted day. Yet another individual on the same trip was given a morning flight on Delta and arrived in ample time. We had to sort ourselves out at the hotel ask if there was any paperwork we should be in receipt of and fortunately the reception managed to find the information we required so we were aware of where we should be and at what time the following day! Secondly, our return journey was starting to get a bit fraught when after being dropped at Newark Airport we were taken via a second airport before arriving at JFK, the time was ticking on & we had no idea of the distance between the second airport and our final destination, fortunately we caught our flight but I wish to emphasise my concerns with the arrangements.
