You’ll start in Delhi and end with three nights in Kathmandu, and also overnight one night in Agra, two nights in Ranthambore National Park, two nights in Jaipur, and another night in Delhi along the way. But first, stop off in Dubai to spend time discovering its many souks (markets) and explore this exciting city on your own.

No tour to India is complete without a visit to the famous Taj Mahal, and you’ll have the opportunity to view it at sunset. This remarkable edifice was built by Moghul Emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial to his beloved wife. Also visit the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri, and tour its sandstone palaces and elegant courtyards. The main highlight of this tour is your visit to Ranthambore National Park, said to have provided the inspiration for Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book. Here, two game drives in an open-air safari vehicle give you an opportunity to see native wildlife, including the elusive leopard and Bengal tiger. Reflect on your experiences as you relax at your beautiful beach resort in Goa to round out your vacation.

In Nepal, sightseeing is spread over two leisurely days. Visits include Hanuman Dhoka, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Temple of Kumari, residence of the Living Goddess, a child thought to be the reincarnation of a Hindu goddess. You’ll also journey to Patan and Bouddhanath, Nepal’s largest stupa.
Other highlights include a cycle rickshaw ride through Old Delhi, visits to the world’s tallest building in Dubai and the legendary Amber Fort in Jaipur, and a stop in Kathmandu’s Durbar Square.
