Really well organised, interesting, not too exhausting, excellent apart from one hotel where two of the included dinners were more than disappointing.
A brisk pace to take in all of the major lakes. Would highly recommend the additional excursions which greatly added to the enjoyment and appreciation of the region.
The whole holiday was brilliantly directed by our tour director Ingrid . Her depth of knowledge of history and geography of the region was breath taking and she shepherded the guests with great aplomb .
Transfers were well handled and even our 7.30 return flight was well managed considering the 3.30 am start .
Full marks to the entire COSMOS team
Great hotels, great locations, however at lake Como, would have preferred to stay in a bigger town than Mezzegra, as there is not much there and no pavements at roadside
Excellent guide and hotel choices.
Ran like clockwork.
Excellent tour except for poor Location of 2 hotels ,
Superb tour director ( Francesco Nardin) who was very professional , knowledgable and efficient and a great personality,
Too much variation in hotels offered. Didn't know the changes of hotels to what we had been told
Very comprehensive tour-good itinerary.
The uk transfer was awful, The pick updriver dumped us in Luton Airport's car park to get the coutesy bus for last leg to the drop off point.
The food was generally very poor. Charge another £5 per meal and get them to serve Italian food.
The Garda accomodation was appauling. An out of date aparthotel like a butlins chalette from the 1960s.
The itinery, guide and coach were all good.
Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and locations
A fantastic holiday, well organised, a great tour director, beautiful sights......the only let down was the accommodation at Torbole, Lake Garda (not that it spoilt the holiday). This was our third trip with Cosmos Tours and Cruises and we will definitely be using them again.

This preserved town gives you an amazingly detailed look into ordinary life at the peak of the Roman Empire. In Rome, during the city sightseeing tour with a local guide, you’ll see the main sights, as well as Vatican City with St Peter’s Basilica.
In Genoa, boasting Europe’s largest medieval historical centre, see the remains of the city’s 17th-century fortifications. Visit St Francis’ Basilica in Assisi, a medieval town set in the Umbrian hills. Guided city sightseeing tours are planned in Rome, Florence, and Genoa.
