Brilliant, great variety. Particularly the Gran Ole Opry.
Interesting tour and enjoyed meeting new people and seeing a lot
Better than I had expected, and so many extra visits, (eg. The Peabody Hotel in Memphis, The Station in Chattanooga). My only complaint was that the guide, Brenda Brooks made the classic mistake of holding the PA microphone to her mouth and shouting , Ear Splitting ! I would have liked a supermarket visit !
Would visit again
good value but nearly missed connecting flight home from Newark due to delay at Orlando (very tight turnaround time of 1 hour 40 minutes.
Kerin was an excellent Tour Director and her knowledge is second to none. It would have been better to have longer in Atlanta, Memphis & Nashville but otherwise it was really good.
We intend to make a formal complaint about the coach. It was cramped, uncomfortable seats, two of which were broken. We also had a three hour wait at St. Augustine for a replacement coach because the door on the original coach wouldn't shut properly. Given that the majority of the passengers were elderly, this was totally unacceptable. The second coach was even worse than the original. We will never choose another non-direct flight with you as this was inconvenient and tiring.
There's no need to shop around. Find a cheaper like-for- like tour from another company, and we’ll not only match their price but also give you a £50 discount when you book with us.
