Overall the whole experience was one of the best guided...

Mr J. Milne

Overall the whole experience was one of the best guided tours we have done in past ten years. The national parks were our prime target and we were not disappointed in any of them with spectacular views and loads of wildlife seen. We had a great team looking after us in Lisa and Randy whose contribution added to the experience. Hotels were to a good standard with pace of holiday perfect. One suggestion I would make would be to start and finish in Denver rather than Las Vegas and also the hotel staff there were not aware of our booking and failed to communicate with us properly on arrival and if we had been first time customers this would have caused great concern. Start/finish in Las Vegas which was not a good fit with the concept of the tour nor the average age of those on tour. Hotel in Denver would need to be nearer city centre than one on this tour as not the best location.
