Customer Reviews

This tour was well organised and everything ran very smoothly....

30th September 2018
Mrs Patricia John

This tour was well organised and everything ran very smoothly. The scenery was beautiful and changed every day. The tour director was friendly and communicated in a very clear way and the driver was excellent. The hotels were mainly good with one exception and the standard of the included food was mainly good, some hotels great , others not so great. Location of some hotels was too far out of town for easy independent travel. The excursion to the islands was far too long! Other excursions were good. The only difficulty we had was deciding on the tip for the courier and driver. The suggested amount was far more than many of us expected and was a cause of much discussion between us. Many of us felt that Cosmos should be paying their employees a good wage and not expecting the clients to make up the difference with large tips. This issue is the only thing that would put me off going on a Cosmos trip again in the future.

Hotels too far out of town, food varied from poor to excellent, budget airline, local guides varied from poor to excellent. Coach and driver excellent, Tour Director good.

I know this is a new holiday and it was...

16th June 2018
Mrs Linda Tingle

I know this is a new holiday and it was very good except for two of the hotels. In Zadar the hotel was a taxi ride out of the centre and in a poor part of the town. The rooms were only just adequate and ours very well used. The hotel near Split was like a factory with no lift or fire escape. Various parts of the hotel were not finished especially the general sitting area balcony which was very dangerous. The food in all the hotels was good. The route of the holiday was well thought out to take in all the beautiful scenery. Our driver and tour director were excellent. Overall we enjoyed our holiday but feel you need to look at the two hotels for future groups.
