Well organized, excellent tour director. Room size in Canada was well above British standard. 2 hotels rather old fashioned. One hotel didn't have air conditioning which would be a problem in summer months. Hotel check-in times of 4 pm meant time wasted touring around towns, some of them very small, in order not to arrive early. Meals not included which makes the tour expensive compared to some others. Liked the idea of pools in most of hotels but most were very small and almost in basements - not the relaxing experience I imagined. Flying from Manchester then changing planes at Heathrow was stressful so will ensure future flights are direct.

It would have been better if we had one night at Jasper. After leaving the Rocky mountaineer train move to Victoria for two days and finish the holidays at Vancouver. It was a disappointing finishing leave Victoria very early take the ferry at 9 O’clock, and then strait to the airport . And wait there for an evening flight.
